Mrs Rawlings was appointed as Head of Haileybury Edrington in July 2016. She has held a number of senior leadership roles in schools including Director of Pastoral Care at St Michael's Grammar School, Head of Junior School at Kilvington Grammar School and Deputy Head of Campus at Caulfield Grammar School.
Mrs Rawlings has extensive experience in school leadership, teaching and learning theory, and pastoral care. She is a published author and a selected member and Chair of the Victorian Institute of Teaching Initial Teacher Education Accreditation Panel.
